RATCHET-X 10' Ratchet Tie Down; 3,000 lbs (2 Pack) is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and hold strong These Ratchet tie downs are so easy to use. Thread the cord into it and pull and ratchet down. It was great. We used this after packing camping supplies on top of my CRV luggage rack and used these to tie everything down. It didn't move. Very happy with this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels Secure These have been used a few times now to tie down heavy farm equipment or help transport jet skis. They feel really durable and seem like they're made of good quality material. When I use these, I'm confident that they'll hold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product Got this with no damage and shipped really really fast. Have to admit, I wasn't sure how good these would be and how sturdy. These ended up being super sturdy and worked wonders. I would recommend to everyone

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have for any truck owner We used our Ratchet-X tie down straps for a 3 hour long distance move. They held down all of our furniture and belongings in the bed of the truck and we purchased another set to secure items in our open frame tow trailer. The straps are very easy to use and the ratchet technology holds everything in place as tightly as you need it to be. I like that they are brightly colored so you can keep track of where they are wrapped around things or stored. I definitely recommend keeping a pair of these in your truck just in case. They have come in so handy for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong and versatile Bought this as we needed to purchase some furniture that wouldn't fit inside our little station wagon. Wasn't disappointed as the straps were easy to use and were very strong. The ratchet mechanism was well made too

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product So far these are really nice. I have four wheelers and move things so I needed something that wouldn't bind up while strapping down securely. So far they haven't bound up but I also haven't used them in the cold either.

I accidentally pulled the strap out of the rachet and fed it in incorrectly. Now the webbing is bound up and I cannot get the webbing strap off to re-thread it correctly. Is there a way to disassemble the rachet and slip off the webbing?

Asked by: Trixie
It is not recommended to disable any of the ratchet mechanisms as that can harm the integrity of the product, cause it to fail in use or even possibly hurt the user, etc. I did respond to your email directly and shared a video which has helped customers with this situation and so far, no one has come back saying it didn’t work!

What type of plastic is the "reusable eco case" made of? I need to know if it is #2 plastic to know if it can be recycled because reusing it looks like more hassle than it is worth.

Asked by: Dave2
The case is made of polypropylene, so it is a "5" in the recycling categories.

What is the minimum recommended length for using the ratchet Pn340? I only have 21" between tie points to secure my boat to the trailer.

Looking for some product differentiation. What's the difference between the Ratchet-X and Carob-X (and for that matter, Cammo) Just the color? The hook, width, strength, etc all appear to be the same.
