What do you use to mount these in a truck bed? Screws? Bolt/nut (use any washers)?

Which would you suggest for securing a rather large dog crate? Any insight regarding the specifics below would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your reply!
The dog won’t be in the crate while the truck is in motion but will be in it while the truck is stationary. With the “channels” in the bed, the crate will teeter some so having it held down with a strap will assist with the dog not moving it around or possibly tipping it over from the circles he likes to so inside out of excitement.

Can you use these for roof anchoring? To tie off workers to the roof while they work?

Our products are manufactured and tested to the industry requirements laid out by the Web Sling and Tie Down Association, which only pertain to cargo and load securement devices. Restraint and Fall Protection products are governed by a different set of industry design and testing standards. Our products have not been designed nor assessed for conformity to these standards. It would not be recommended to use any of our products for restraint or fall protection purposes.
